about
AgeCalculator.blog is a small, focused collection of 34 date and age calculators β one calendar-interval engine, applied to the questions people actually search for: how old am I, how far along is a pregnancy, when does a lease or a pension eligibility date land, how old is that dog in human years.
Why calendar math, not shortcuts
Every calculation on this site works from real calendar dates rather than fixed-length approximations (like assuming every month is 30 days). That means correct handling of leap years, the century leap-year exception, and calendar month-borrowing β the same rules a spreadsheet DATEDIF function or a civil registry uses.
How it’s built
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No date you enter is transmitted to, logged by, or stored on any server β the result is computed on your device and stays there.
Standards referenced
Interval calculations follow ISO 8601 duration conventions with full leap-year correction. Where a tool touches a domain with an official standard β pregnancy dating conventions, retirement-age tables, and similar β that convention is named on the relevant page.
Questions or corrections
If you spot a calculation that looks wrong, or a convention that should be cited differently, reach out via the contact details on this site and it will be looked into.
